Plugin breaks my site (500 Internal Server Error) after upgrading the server to PHP 7. I’ll look for another similar plugin.
I am trying to replace a pdf file. I pick my PDf item that needs updating, I click browse, I found my new file and select it and click “just replace the file” and then click upload and it goes to a page that says “Internal Server Error”.
I have contacted my hosting provider and through the course of several hours and several phone calls to try to determine what is happening, they have determined it’s not anything on their end that is preventing the upload it is something going on with the plugin.
So I am now sending you this problem to see what is preventing the PDF upload from being successfully uploaded?
Thank You in advance.

Hi and thank you for such a great plugin! I have successfully migrated a number of sites already.
With the site I am migrating at the moment I keep getting the same error message:
The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file, the following error message was returned:
Error Message : Internal Server Error
Temporary files created in **SITE-ROOT**/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted.
I’ve not encountered this problem before?
How would I get around this one?
Cheers,
Jeremy
PMPro was working fine until some time ago, but I noticed today that the page /membership-account/membership-confirmation/ leads to “Internal Server Error”, without any information in debug.log
If I remove the shortcode [pmpro_confirmation] from the page, the page works.
I also don’t use SSL, but I set the option “Force SSL” to “No”.
What could be the problem ? and the solution ?
Thank you !
Since the latest update (1.1.6.1) some of our users reported 500 internal server error on our sites in which Total is being used as the theme.
I’ve tested it myself and it is indeed true. There’s no problem on my other sites that use other themes.
For example, this morning: I tried to open one of my Total themed sites, www.ratuim.com.
It immediately shows 500 internal server error. I refreshed it and it opened just fine. But then I tried to open another page on that website and i got another 500 internal server error message. I refreshed it and it opened fine.
It happened to my other sites too such as www.dompetpria.com and www.produklebah.com.
Here’s a screenshot from my Google Webmaster Tools Crawl Error Report as further proof: http://prnt.sc/e1pci9
There were no errors from my non-Total websites.
Please help.
Thank you.
Regards,
Richard

Thanks for your help.
Need to customize the email templates. I have override the email template via theme folder. While checkout getting “internal server error”.I have enabled the debug mode getting error “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data”.
Dear Concern,
I am facing internal server error 500 in my website after enabling css and js cache in your plugin setting. Currently, I have deactivated and deleted the plugin but I love to use this plugin from many years.
I have tried some steps by myself to solve this but nothing worked
1. I have deactivated and deleted the plugin then downloaded a fresh copy and installed it.
2. Made some changes in .htaccess page
Please help me to get rid of this issue.
Hi,
Please help. I get the following error below for all my links on www.iamafripreneur.com. I have search the forum for some suggestions. This started after my site went down when I changed the WordPress Address URL and restored it through the cpanel. I tried some of the suggestions on the forum; de-activating plugins and changing child theme but it hasn’t worked. I am not a pro. Could you let me know what else to try?
Error Message:
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@iamafripreneur.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
Occassionally, my site will show an “Internal Server Error.” However, it typically disappears after refreshing the page. If I clear my cookies, it will show up again…sometimes. Earlier, we clicked all over my sight and finally clicking on some page we hadn’t visited in a while it would then pop up, but other pages we hadn’t visited wouldn’t show it. It seems to be random at times.
I ran the wp_debug and was getting errors for one of my plugins. I deactivated that plugin and everything seemed fine…but then the issues started back. I ran the debug again and keep getting some “ssv3_payload_extractor” type errors. I’m not sure if this is pointing at a plugin. If it is, I’m not sure which one it is pointing at.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Saberia me dizer qual seria o problema?
Valeu!
Olá, tudo bem?
Ao atualizar o WooCommerce para 3.0 não consegui mais concluir um pedido na minha loja. Aparece um tal de Internal Server Error no último passo do checkout, quando deveria processar o pedido. Gerei o log de erro:
[05-Apr-2017 22:14:29 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Order::get_order_discount() in /home/wwwnanacarecom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bling-woocommerce/includes/class-wc-bling-api.php on line 212
O plugin do Bling está ativo na loja, mas não estamos utilizando, podemos simplesmente desativá-lo?
Além desse erro, há outros relacionados aos campos do formulário que ainda estão acontecendo, como reportado no suporte do PagSeguro:

I have been searching the forums and have not quite found a solution to my problem, although some seemed close.
I was getting an “Internal Server Error” message. We determined that something was changing the .htaccess file. I have removed all plugins.
The problem occurs now when when I try to change to Permalinks to Post Name. I can “recover”, so to speak, by uploading a fresh .htaccess file and changing the Permalinks to Plain.
I’d leave it at that, but the fact is that Post Name permalinks are much better for the client.
The site is www.theyogaloft.net. It is on Bluehost. Latest version of WordPress.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Hi,
Our users’s usernames are also their email addresses. This is how it has to be to allow logins to sync with our external customer database behind the scenes. All of this is working as expected, but I noticed recently that all user account logins are failing due to a 500 internal server error.
– I’m using v 4.7.3
– I’ve disabled all plugins.
– I’ve tested via /wp-admin/ login form (un-modified login process) and my custom login handler.
– I’ve tested locally via XAMPP and on our AWS development server.
– I’ve removed all code from my custom login handler (standalone, does not use hooks or filters) other than the call to wp_signon().
The issue is somewhere in wp_signon(). If I remove it, no 500 errors. If I keep it, then any time $_POST[‘log’] is an email address it fails. Any email, it doesn’t need to be an actual user.
I’m trying to track down error logs, but our internal security policies make these hard to obtain.
Can anybody else see the same problem? I haven’t changed the code, so I’m not sure why wp_singon() would stop working suddenly.
