Internal Server Error after editing General Setting (Urgent!)

I was editing the “general setting” in wordpress, and have changed the
1. “WordPress Address (URL)”
2. “Site Address (URL)”
3. “Site Language” from “English (United State to Chinese)
4. “Time Zone” to Hong Kong
5. “Week start on” to Sunday

Then, an internal server error has occurred, along with a “500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request”.

Would you please help fix the problem as soon as possible?

P.S. It is said that I have to contact the server administrator at webmaster@gkh.zvk.mybluehost.me, however this address couldn’t be found in email. Is there anywhere I can contact the server administrator?
