AlsoEddy on "Internal Server Error when submitting comments on posts"

We just put our site live today, moving it from building it within "site.com/wp" to live at "site.com". Previously we were building it on a subdomain of "wordpress.site.com/wp" and I figured out how to get that moved to the regular site.

Somewhere along the way, the comments stopped working and it gives the following error when submitting:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@wordpress.centralstreetyoga.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

When we first started setting of the site, we tested the comment function and it worked so we moved along and didn't notice it not working until now. My guess (since I don't understand any of the code all that well) is something didn't get updated with one of the moves? That's based only on the error referencing "webmaster@wordpress</stong>.centralstreetyoga.com - since that would correspond to the original subdomain we were working with.

Any suggestions on what I should do. The live site is http://www.centralstreetyoga.com. Thanks.
