rizwan157 on "Blog posts not opening on subdomain"

Hello,
I have installed wordpress on subdomain. xyz.mydomain.com
but when i try to open any page or post then i got "500 Internal Server Error"

the url structure of post is: xyz.mydomain.com/mypost

how can i solve this issue?
