mochonty on "Internal server error"

I had an internal server error on plugins folder. Renamed it, uploades fresh plugins.php, nothing helped.
Now I deleted all and installed wordpress again - now the internal server error is on EVERY folder in the dashboard.
Now I really don´t have any ideas left.
