I downloaded the zip file and tried to install it. First time I had an error indicating I had a file size issue - could not load. I tried again and now I have an INTERNAL SERVER ERROR on both loading the site and on trying to access the wp-admin

I do have FTP access, but at a loss of what to do? I just tried your forum (https://www.weblizar.com/forum/viewforum.php ) but it says there are no topics?
Please help ASAP.
