I just updated to the latest version and now my website is totally down from any browser. I have tried a few different ips and also browsers but just shows the following error and white screen:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, info@mywebsitename.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Does anyone have any hints please as I am really stressing. I can access FTP via Internet Explorer, can't find a htaccess file and perhaps that s because I can only access html folder? Is that the root folder where htaccess is? I have enabled view hidden files.
