snatrott on "[Plugin: WooCommerce - excelling eCommerce] 500 Internal Server Error in admin when updating to 2.1.2"

I ran the WooCommerce update when it came up, and the admin would only show a 500 Internal Server Error. I ended up reverting to 2.0.20, and that works just fine for me.

Any ideas on what I can do to make the update work?
