HI.
My client is receiving the "Internal Server Error" message on her site, http://www.evanstarspa.com . The site has been working fine for the last two weeks since I uploaded it until a few days ago. The host, FatCow says it's a WordPress problem and sent her an email about increasing her speed with "caching plugin, W3 Total Cache". But we can't even log in to the admin site. The site is down!
I have looked at the forums and deleted the .htaccess from the FTP site, then uploaded a new one (I typed in the same thing the old .htaccess had, "DirectoryIndex index.php") and uploaded that.
But nothing. Should I write something else in the .htaccess? I still have the test site on another hosting site when I was testing it (my own, hostmysite.com) and it still works fine.
FatCow may get back to us but I have had a really bad experience with them and not sure they understand the problem!
Anyone out there think they know what's going on, maybe? I suggested my client switch hosts (to bluehost) but not sure if this is an ongoing WordPress issue.
